Have you tried the existing libraries? Adafruit has a lib since they sell the HDC1080 breakout: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-hdc1008-temperature-and-humidity-sensor-breakout/wiring-and-test Many of Adafruit libs work unchanged with STM32DUINO. The MS5611 has been reported to work with Teensy....
