What Baudrate using stm32 arduino bootloader

Post by rsc » Fri Oct 13, 2017 2:10 am

Hi! what is the baudrate using the arduino bootloader? it use autobaudrate? I'm confuse because if in any serial terminal you change the baudrate, maple mini continue sending bytes without any error

The baud rate is irrelevant when using the USB peripheral. The transfer is managed thru a handshake process involving acknowlegments, when an acklodgement is not received from the other end, the transfer pauses.
So the host will send data as fast as the maple mini can read it from the usb peripheral buffer and acknowledge it back.
