stm32f103c8 board is not worked

Hi Guys
I bought 5 pieces stm32f103c8t6 boards for my company. Board is programmed with dfu then works with st-link_utility and did not worked with stm32cube ide.
first time to met with.
Anybody came cross with them or anybody knows something with this problem.
Please help guys.

Now days many blue pills have fake STM32F103 chips.
Also F103 does not have DFU. Only ST-Link (SWD) or UART.

yes sory I have done with uart to load bootloader works okey with stlink utility
but not for stm32cubeide my friend

It is not a genuine STM32 that's probably why STM32Cube Programmer does not allow it.
