Arduino ide Couldn't find the DFU device: [1EAF:0003] for STM32F103C8

I'M USING Arduino STM32 by Roger Clark Melbourne on GitHub " CORE.
I'VE TRIED MANY THINGS TO UPLOAD THE PROGRAM VIA THE USB PORT, BUT NOTHING WORKS.
SO I TRYED UPLOADING MY SKETCH USING THIS METHOD,
I'm curious to know if programming my blue pill with A11(D-) to 3.3V with a 1K resistor and C14 to 3 ...
