Arduino for STM32

i've used STM32duino to flash my STM32F103RCT6 board,but recently i've found a very strange bug.
when i connect my device to computer,generily,it will immenedity show a device called "stm32duino bootloader",and after a short time,connect as a device(i flash a QMK keyboard code in it),

turns out,this board did't default connect BOOT0 to GND.

i'm trying to write stm32duino in it,but i've meet a strange things;

this board don't have any led or board-key except NRST,

so,which kind of bootloader should i use?
can i use generic_boot20_pc13.bin(as same as blue ...
