I have this board and the chip number is F405RGT.
I was able to get it working using the simple blink program by using this json https://github.com/stm32duino/BoardManagerFiles/raw/main/package_stmicroelectronics_index.json

then selecting generic stm32f4 series as the board, followed by exporting ...
