Otter2016 in southwestern Ohio

Hi everyone, I have been experimenting with Arduino for the past several years. At first I was just doing simple things with the Nano, but I then found the 'blue pill' board (STM32F103) and once I figured how to work with it, I began to do more and more things. That lasted for about 6-8 months and I...

Problem compiling SD example on STM32SD Library

I have installed the STM32SD library and am trying to get the Datalogger example to work. I am using a STM32F401CC generic board with an off-board eBay SD applique. The STM32F401CC is looking for MOSI to be on Pin 17, MISO on Pin 16 and SCK on pin 14. During compile, there is a slew of errors In fil...

Re: STM32F401CCU6 DFU Mode problems?

Thanks for the replies - The board is the F401c version so it doesn't have the user switch on the right hand side, only the Boot0 and Nrst. According to the 'lore' I found so far, holding down the Boot0 switch and touching the NRST is supposed to put it into DFU mode. What brought me to this situati...

STM32F401CCU6 DFU Mode problems?

Is anyone having problems putting their 'black pill' STM32F401CCU6 based boards into DFU mode? I just received today and haven't been able to get it to change into that mode. According to what I've read, I hold down the BOOT0 switch and then do a reset of the board. I've tried doing that using the N...

STM32F411CEU6

Hi All, I have played around with the Blue Pill boards for the past six months, and I haven't been too impressed with them. One feature I did like with the integration with Arduino is the ability to use the serial interface inside Arduino for simple debugging. In parallel with this use, I've been do...
