Re: dhrystone and whetstone benchmarks
W. STM Core (untouched settings) and a F4011 i get -O2 : 40 30 30 I don't know the clock settings (yet) Seems a bit more realistic , the FPU doc said all FLOPS (Except divide) was single cycle on a M4. But as you mentioned .. We also have to load/save the results ... Takes cycles too. How do you kno...

Re: dhrystone and whetstone benchmarks
Pito I haven't touched a single bit in the Official Core setup , just install. Did you add something to get those numbers ? Ie. add -march=armv7e-m+fp , seemed like that made a difference in Steve's core (well arm-gcc) Hmm ... Looks fishy to specify an armv7 , but it gave a huge performance increas...

Re: dhrystone and whetstone benchmarks
Well i bit the bullet , and installed the Official STM core via the json url. Used pito's latest source (stm32...._usb) https://www.stm32duino.com/viewtopic.php?p=891#p891 I had to set my putty (linux) to LF = CR/LF , or the output would be FSCK'ed up. These are my settings in the IDE (-O3) STM-Menu...

Re: STM32F103C8T6: Confirmation of counterfeiting by ST
User techman-001 from eevblog , asked me to post an URL to his "Flash diagnostic" program. It is NOT a specific fake detector , but it will verify if your "hidden upper 64K flashblock" on a STM32F103 passes a simple flash write test Original STM F103's would have an extra/hidden ...

@ag123
From old forum

When soldering the PSRAM , did you populate the 100nF cap ?
What about the "suggested" 10K pullup on /CS ?
I have 10 x LY68L6400SLIT lying around
