STM32 with Sublime and Stino

Hi guys,
When I try to compile STM32 based project in Arduino IDE, it works without problems. But when I try to compile same project with Sublime and Stino plugin, I get message that toolchain is not ready. But if I use Arduino core(no matter what the project is) and Sublime, it compiles.
Before I used STM32 core from this link, and I had no problems.
Does anyone knows how to fix this problem? Thanks!

The stino project looks to have been inactive for some time.
