A recently introducued bug in the bootloader has now been fixed

I accidentally introduced a bug while manually merging a load a changes a few weeks ago, which prevented the bootloader holding in DFU mode if Boot1 (or whatever is defined as the button pin) was held high.
I've now fixed the problem and I've also added the "fastboot" version of the "generic pc13" bootloader (i.e the BluePill version), to the makefile etc
