Blink not working on STM32G491 Nucleo board

Hi,
I followed the instructions of enabling "Optimize for Debugging", but the result is still the same.
It doesn't hit the breakpoint.

OK. so probably issue comes before.
Hard to help more, will see if I can have this board to test on my side but not sure to have one.
