Internal temperature sensor

I have same problem about reading stm32f103 internal temp sensor values. I always get minus values from serial port. Which code did you use to solve this problem?

He got those negative values on fake STM chips. They are similar but not the same so some things might not work.

Hi,
i know this is an old topic, but i didn't get the ATEMP for a STM32L151 working.
It reports all time 0, same for AVREF, stm32duino complies without any issue.
