STM32F107 Eval board (micrium)

Hello!
My local dump provided me with a couple of µC/Eval-STM32F107 boards.
Can I use them with stm32duino?
In the repo I see support from F107 boards, but I do not see a way to select these boards in the Arduino IDE.
Morevover, I do not know what connections are necessary for programming. These boards seem loaded with ports, but I do not know if any of them support programming. I bet there's a way to put a binary on an SD card and tell the board to run it. But I have no clue.
If I can use stm32duino with these, I will keep them. If I have to download a bunch of old dev tools, I will return these boards to the dump.
This seems to be jtag-based vs stlink, but I don't know anything about either of these. I am not the kind of person who will read a 300 page manual just to get a clue to help me guess what to do next.
Thanks,
Ben
