my bootloader runs very slow,what happened?

hi,
i've used STM32duino to flash my STM32F103RCT6 board,but recently i've found a very strange bug.
when i connect my device to computer,generily,it will immenedity show a device called "stm32duino bootloader",and after a short time,connect as a device(i flash a QMK keyboard code in it),
but this time,when i connect it,computer said it was "Unknown device",and after more than 18s(i think normally was 1s), system show has boot the right device,
what happened to my board?how can i fix this delay?
