Issue with STM32 Core: Board Not Detected After Upload / Red SYS LED

Hello everyone,
I’m working with an STM32 board (please let me know if I should provide the exact model) and I’m running into an issue after uploading new firmware using STM32 Core.
After flashing, my board shows a solid red SYS LED and is no longer detected over USB (no COM port shows up). There’s also no display output (this board has a display module connected).
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Followed the standard recovery steps: unplugged the board, waited ~30 seconds, plugged it back in — no change.
Attempted to enter DFU/bootloader mode by holding down the BOOT0 (or mask) button while plugging in — the SYS LED stays solid red and nothing changes.
Verified power supply and USB cable.
Has anyone encountered this behavior? Are there additional recovery steps or jumper settings I should try to reflash or reset the board?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
