Arduino for STM32

Hello to everyone from Italy!
I'm an engineer and I'm developing a sistem that should be used on train tractors in order to detect a possible derailment reading datas from a load cell installed on the hook of the tractor. Now I want to implement my circuit with an STM32H750 in order to have more speed in acquisition and mor efficiency on calculation.
I hope this site can help me to solve my issues.
