DHT22 and STM32 IN ARDUINO IDE

i am using usb to program stm32 for blink code i insert binary pc13 was working but when i was try to run dht22 it was fail to read the sensor why i try to connect resistor of 10k also changeing GIPO ports but still nothing is happing the dht 22 is working it try it with ardunio uno please help

if you are using stm32f103c8 blue pill

do not use pc13 as that pin is for the LED
