Arduino for STM32

I found the STM32F407 controller with PHY DP83848, 2xCAN-BUS, RS485, uSD ... Price total 28 USD: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001927391636.htm
Looks good, the only problem is that I have experience with Arduino. I can't find a tidy Ethernet library DP83848. Lots of information for other platforms, but I found an Arduino only for the Arch Max controller and adapted for the Arduino_STM32 platform. Also done very complicated and not friendly with the controller. I have done several projects with STM32Ethernet where everything works great. Maybe someone has tried to adapt this library to DP83848? Looks like it should be close to LAN8720

I don't know such library but DP83848 is planned as mentioned to https://github.com/stm32duino/STM32Ethernet/issues/34

Anyway, I don't know when it will be done.

Were you able to program it using Arduino?

I have that board and used it with STM32CubeIDE and it works, but the ethernet drivers seem to be unstable.
