Arduino IDE 2.0 and STM Board Installation Package

I ordered a couple of Nucleo F446RE boards just to try out and see what I can do with them.
I've been doing projects with Arduino boards for a while and figured it might be time to see what other boards are out there.
I'll admit I'm not the brightest bulb in the package especially when it comes to things like this.
I managed to get the boards to install in the Arduino IDE 2.0.2 on one of my computers following this post: https://microcontrollerslab.com/stm32-n ... -tutorial/
My second attempt on my other computer following the same post got to a point where it allowed me to see the boards package but there is no install button to install the package.
I wiped the Arduino 2.0.2 and reinstalled only to get the same thing.
On my first computer there was an install button in the lower part of the screen shot above like as shown for the arduino avr boards in the screen shot below.
I just clicked the install button and it installed the package and the STM32 boards were available for picking out of the board manager.
Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong would be appreciated.
Thanks!
